Open for Submissions: Nordic Music Biz Top 20 Under 30, 2026

For the ninth year in a row, NOMEX invites nominations for the Nordic Music Biz Top 20 Under 30 - an annual recognition of the 20 most promising young professionals under the age of 30 who are shaping the future of Nordic music on a global stage.

The selected individuals will be honored and celebrated as part of Nordic Music Biz Top 20 Under 30, 2026.

Do you know someone - whether a colleague, employee, business partner, or industry peer - who has made a meaningful impact on the music industry over the past year? We encourage you to submit your nomination to Glenn Larsen – glenn@fmx.fo - by Thursday, 30 April.

Eligibility criteria
Nominees must work in or run a Nordic-based music or entertainment company, or a cultural organization closely connected to the music industry. Candidates who turn 30 at any point during 2026 are eligible.

All nominations will be reviewed by a jury of 15 influential music industry professionals representing all five Nordic countries. In their evaluation, the panel will consider factors including company growth, career development, peer recognition, industry impact during 2025–2026, artistic and creative development, innovation, touring revenue, ticket sales, and social media presence.

The Top 20 Under 30 initiative is committed to achieving a 50/50 gender balance and to reflecting meaningful diversity across the selected group.

The award ceremony will take place on 10 September 2026 during by:Larm, the largest gathering of Nordic music industry professionals and artists worldwide.
